NO SHOW/CANCELLATION

    This studio is based by appointment only so your spot is reserved just for you. If you do not cancel within 24 hours or do not show up without any warning you will be charged 50% of your total service to your card on file.

ARRIVING LATE

Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment will count as a late cancellation and our late fee will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

PAYMENT

Payment is due after completion of service. Forms of payment include cash and credit/debit cards.

We require that every client has a card on file.

REFUNDS

Once a service is complete there are no refunds as it takes time and supplies to complete each service.

After a Full Set you have one week to come back for a free touch up if you are not satisfied with the work that has been done.

Eyelash Extensions

DEPOSITS

For all full set appointments, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.

Signature Full Set: $137.50

Premium Full Set: $150.00

PRE-APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS

To give you the best extensions possible, we require that you clean your lashes directly before coming in for your appointment. If you did not get a chance to wash your lashes beforehand, we have a cleansing station available with both the gel and foam cleansers.

APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS

In order to ensure that our lash artists have the adequate time to provide you with the most satisfying service possible, we require that you book your fills within the appropriate of time frame based on your prior appointments.

Two Week Fill Appointments: These appointments are for clients who had their full set or last fill appointment two weeks prior. Anything exceeding 14 days since the previous appointment will require a Three Week Fill Appointment.

Three Week Fill Appointments: These appointments are for clients who had their full set or last fill appointment three weeks prior. Anything exceeding 21 days since the previous appointment will require a new full set.

*Regardless of the amount time since the previous appointment, anything under 35% of lash extensions remaining will result in a new Full Set and will be left up to the discretion of the lash artist.
