Your Membership Guide

1. Membership Overview

Your membership includes exclusive monthly treatments, service discounts, and product perks! All memberships have a 6-month initial term and automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled in accordance with the terms below.

2. Billing & Payments

• Membership fees are billed monthly on the date of enrollment.

• A valid credit/debit card must remain on file.

• Failed payments must be resolved within 3 days to avoid suspension of membership benefits.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Memberships may be cancelled at any time with 14 days’ notice.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or text).

• No partial refunds are issued for unused benefits during the final cycle.

4. Freeze/Skip Policy

• Memberships may be frozen one time per year for up to 30 days.

• Additional freezes may be granted for medical reasons with documentation.

• During a freeze, no benefits can be used.

5. Appointment Policies

• Standard appointment policies apply, including rescheduling and cancellation rules.

• Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may require modifying or rescheduling the service.

• No-shows will forfeit that month's service.

6. Product & Service Discounts

• Member discounts apply only to full-price services and non-sale retail products.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

7. Termination by Studio

Belle Vie Beauty reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time due to:

• Repeated no-shows

• Policy violations

• Abusive or inappropriate behavior
